I’d collect representatives from all of the arts, sciences and trades and charge them with cultural peer review.

And the ultimate problem is tha… My general thought is that any subculture can be good for society if done correctly or harmful, even if done correctly (depending on what “done correctly” means to you.) The problem is – what does it take for the group to do it correctly? They might be headed in that direction or they might have to turn around and go the other way.
